Position serves as company representative to Owner for all aspects of the project.

Monitor project deliverables
Monitor status of the project as work progresses
Prepare and negotiate change orders as needed
Ensure timely completion and acceptance of the project
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience with similar project planning and management
