Healthy Gut - Growth Manager

$7-8k/month base DOE + incentives | Full-time | MT overlap requiredWe are Healthy Gut, and our mission is to help people reclaim their health and enjoy life (and food) through the power of gut healing and integrative wellness. I'm Shay Pausa, a three-time cancer survivor and women's health advocate who co-founded this company with my husband, Steven because we lived it. Every product we create, every piece of content we share, and every customer we serve reflects our deep belief that life and food is meant to be savored and enjoyed. We want people to feel good everyday.

We're building something meaningful here. Our team works remotely across time zones, united by the belief that everything is "figuroutable" and a genuine passion for helping people transform their health. We celebrate our wins together in a dedicated Slack channel, we bring diverse perspectives to the table (think full buffet, not single dish), and we're committed to changing lives through science-backed, integrative health solutions. If you've experienced your own health journey and want to help others find theirs, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for a Growth Manager who will own all new customer marketing and acquisition across all channels, with primary focus on DTC growth and meaningful responsibility for our Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) and B2B engine. This is a performance role for a real operator who thrives on efficient customer acquisition, creative-testing velocity, and channel expansion while maintaining strong measurement discipline and profitability guardrails.
