• Improve the use of recruitment technology, data, and responsible AI to enhance quality, speed, and efficiency.
• Manage agencies and external partners, strengthening commercial terms and performance, and maintaining cost control.
• Own regional recruitment reporting, analytics and budgets, using data to identify risks and opportunities and drive evidence-based decisions.
• Be a visible ambassador for Capco and strengthen our employer brand across regional talent markets.

What you’ll bring

• Extensive talent acquisition experience, including leadership across multiple APAC countries.
• A strong track record recruiting within consulting, financial services, technology or digital environments.
• Proven experience leading and coaching remote or geographically dispersed recruitment teams.
• Professional fluency in English; additional regional language capabilities would be advantageous.

If you are a commercially minded Talent Acquisition leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving how recruitment operates and solving complex hiring challenges, we would love to hear from you.
