Leads the design and evolution of CityFibre's operating models, end-to-end services and processes, working across business, technology and network teams on major transformation programmes. Core focus areas: service design, process architecture, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting and process mining, with exposure to ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and BPMN.
