Head of Sales (student, part-time) at a Swedish e-mobility startup

About the role

We're looking for a driven student to own sales at Vievo. You'll build the pipeline, book the meetings and close the first locker deals with property owners and employers in Sweden. You'll work directly with the two founders and own the sales process end to end, from finding the right person at a company to getting the contract signed.

This role suits someone who wants real sales responsibility while studying, not an internship where you watch other people sell.

What you'll do

• Find decision makers at property companies, facility management firms and larger employers, and get meetings booked.

• Run discovery meetings to understand a site's charging problem: indoor charging bans, tenant requests, fire safety concerns.

• Send proposals and follow up until the deal is signed.

• Keep the pipeline current in our CRM so the team always knows where each deal stands.

• Give feedback from the field that shapes our pitch, pricing and target segments.

• Help onboard and coach future sales students as the team grows.

Must-have

• Currently studying at university or college. Any programme works, but business, engineering and economics are a plus.

• Fluent Swedish and good English.

• Comfortable contacting people you don't know, by email, LinkedIn or in person.

• Able to commit about 10 to 20 hours a week.

• Self-driven: you set your own weekly targets and hit them.

Nice-to-have

• Previous sales experience, for example a summer sales job, telemarketing, an SDR role or selling in a student association.

• Interest in property, sustainability, energy or mobility.

• Experience with a CRM.

• Contacts in the property sector or facility management.

What we offer

• Commission on every booked meeting and every installed locker. Your level depends on your experience.

• Equity, discussed after 6 months of working together.

• Real ownership: you build the sales function, not just one part of it.

• Flexible hours that fit around your studies.

• A strong addition to your CV: B2B sales of a physical product to Swedish property owners and employers.

• Close collaboration with the founders.

Hiring process

1. Apply with your CV and a few lines on why sales and why Vievo.

2. A 20-minute intro call with one of the founders.

3. A short case: how would you get a meeting with a facility manager at a Stockholm office building?

4. A final meeting with both founders, followed by an offer.
