Head of People & Organization (P&O), Global

Entirely is an international group building the next generation of AI-native marketing. With six established products and a global ecosystem of 400+ professionals, partners and clients, we combine entrepreneurial speed with the long-term backing of DuMont.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on P&O leader to take overall HR responsibility for an international IT organization of approximately 300–400 employees. This role combines global P&O leadership (around 50%) with hands-on HR Business Partner work (around 50%).

Location: [Munich or Baar]

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the international P&O team, setting clear priorities and supporting strong delivery.
• Act as HR Business Partner for a defined business area, advising leaders on people and organizational topics.
• Manage employee relations and employment-law matters.
• Drive talent, performance, compensation and organizational development initiatives.
• Support international change and transformation projects.
• Develop and continuously improve global HR processes and standards.
• Work closely with senior management on people-related and organizational topics.

Requirements

• A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, with a specialization in HR Management
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as Head of HR, HR Director or Senior HR Business Partner
• Proven experience leading an international HR team
• Ideally, experience in the IT, software or technology sector
• A hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented approach
• Fluent German and English
• Willing to travel 30 %
