Head of Marketing (m/f/d)

Let’s shoot for the stars:

Limehome delivers stays guests love. Your mission: turn that love into loyalty, and make returning guests our strongest growth engine.

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Make Limehome memorable: Turn a great, comfortable stay into a reason for guests to choose us again the next time they travel.

• Own and further develop our retention and repeat-guest strategy, using customer insight, segmentation, CRM, messaging, incentives and experimentation to understand what really brings guests back, and turn those insights into growth.

• Set the marketing direction for Limehome and translate company strategy and targets into a clear, focused roadmap for the team, with existing customers at its core.

• Decide where we invest time, budget and energy, and resolve competing priorities so the team works on what moves the needle.

• Lead, develop and empower the Marketing team, giving specialists clear goals, ownership and the support they need to succeed.

• Shape both our digital and physical product together with Product, Operations and Tech, so that every touchpoint, from booking to check-out, gives guests a reason to stay with us again.

• Oversee and continuously improve our marketing tech stack across CRM, automation, personalization, data and measurement to power a seamless, personalized guest journey.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth or a comparable consumer-focused role, including several years leading teams.

• A proven track record of setting direction, making clear prioritization calls and driving a team from strategy to measurable impact.

• Strong experience in retention, CRM and building long-term customer relationships in a consumer business, ideally in hospitality, travel or another fast-growing environment.

• A broad, hands-on understanding of the full marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation, personalization, analytics and attribution.

• A strong instinct for customer behaviour, combined with a rigorous, data-driven test-and-learn mindset.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Operations to influence the customer experience beyond classic marketing channels.

• The leadership presence and commercial judgement to run the Marketing function and get its disciplines working together.
