Head of Marketing

I'm looking for my right-hand person: someone to help me build IdentityStack.

We've come a long way in Denmark, and we have big ambitions for the future, both here and across Europe. You'll build the marketing that gets us there.

IdentityStack has been on the market for a while as a full-service local identity provider, helping companies with their MitID Erhverv identities. Now we're writing the next chapter, and we're ready to launch what comes next.

We offer a hybrid remote setup, but we'd p like you to come into our one of our offices in Allerød or Aalborg a few times per week.

The role

This is a key strategic hire. You'll be our first Head of Marketing, reporting directly to me and working side by side with me.

At IdentityStack, we're building an ultra-sharp team. We don't picture a huge organisation, but a small, agile and close-knit A-team that takes on some of the world's biggest players.

Marketing works the same way: one sharp person, AI agents and a few strong partners. You set the direction, build the machine and do the work yourself.

Your job is to take our next product to market and make it known. That means reaching every potential customer and every person involved in the decision.

Why join?

• Real traction, new chapter: You're not starting from zero. We have customers, a working business and a strong position in Denmark. Now we're building what comes next.

• Founders who've done it before: I was one of the co-founders of Penneo, which grew into a Nordic SaaS company and was later acquired by Visma. You'll be building with people who know the journey.

• A problem that matters: Digital identity is the foundation for how people work securely. Getting it right affects millions of logins every day.

• Your fingerprints on everything: As our first Head of Marketing, you'll shape the brand, the story and the setup from day one, and see your work move the company.

What you'll do

In short: everything.

• Shape the story: Positioning, message, brand and the name of what we launch.

• Build the stage: Website, offering, pricing and everything sales needs to win.

• Fill the room: Launch, campaigns and content that reach every decision-maker, in Denmark first and then in Europe.

• Run the engine: AI agents, partners, budget and KPIs that keep it all moving.

Who you are

• You've built marketing in SaaS before, on your own or as part of a successful team.

• AI agents are already part of your toolkit.

• You think strategically and do the work yourself.

• You're hungry to build, not to maintain.

What we offer

• A salary of DKK 50,000–60,000 per month.

• A warrant package, so you share in what we build.

• Offices in Aalborg and Allerød, with flexibility to work from home.

How to apply

Apply through The Hub before in 1 minute by submitting your LinkedIn profile and answering a handful of questions. I review applications as they come in.
