Ready to lead the financial future of a brand with heart and purpose?

At Hadley Designs, we believe every product should fill homes with beauty, learning, and inspiration. We design screen-free learning tools that help children fall in love with learning and help parents feel proud of how they nurture that growth.

As our Director of Finance, you’ll be the architect of scalable systems that fuel that mission. You’ll bring precision, foresight, and strategic clarity to every financial decision, guiding the company’s growth toward $100M and beyond with confidence and discipline.

You won’t just manage numbers. You’ll empower a purpose-driven team to think bigger, move faster, and build a lasting legacy.
