Lead a 40-person DevOps team in a regulated UK insurer, shaping cloud strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and governance while managing budgets and vendors in a hybrid setup.
Prism Digital seeks a Head of DevOps to lead a 40-strong DevOps function in a hybrid London setup. You will oversee Azure/CI/CD pipelines, automation leadership and governance within a regulated UK insurer environment, driving modernisation across on-site and remote teams.
You will focus on people, delivery and direction rather than pipelines, with responsibility for strategy, budget and vendor management in a growing, regulated setting.
