Who You Are:

Hands-On Operator — Comfortable working directly with hardware, test equipment, and factory environments.
Strong Troubleshooter — Able to methodically diagnose and resolve issues in electronics and system-level testing.
Detail-Oriented & Structured — Ensures testing is executed with precision and documented clearly.
Data-Driven Thinker — Uses test data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Ownership-Minded — Takes accountability for testing outcomes and drives issues through to resolution.
Collaborative Partner — Works effectively with factory teams, QA, and engineering stakeholders.
Self-Motivated & Organized — Able to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
