Build and maintain autonomous delivery robots and test platforms by assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting electromechanical systems in a hands-on lab environment.
DoorDash Labs is an independent team within DoorDash. We are working on building autonomous delivery robots from the ground up and other automation solutions as part of DoorDash's core delivery platform. If you have a passion for applying AI and robotics solutions in a service used by millions of people, then we want to talk to you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hardware Prototype Engineering Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will help service and assemble the next generation of robotic systems within DoorDash Labs. You will own the end-to-end buildout of test platforms and be responsible for delivering complete test fixtures to internal and external customers. You’ll work with a thoughtful, dynamic team of engineers to develop test systems, maintain shop operations, and contribute to a growing service and development capability for cutting-edge robotics.
