• Serve as an Ericsson Hospitality ambassador, clarifying the experience, facilities and purpose.
• Prepare for visits and events: schedules, room readiness, presentation and hospitality details.
• Anticipate needs and coordinate with reception, guest relations, facilities, catering, security and events.
• Ensure a seamless journey, handling requests and issues with urgency and sound judgement.
• Support workplace hospitality; be visible, accessible and proactive.
• Maintain high standards across welcome areas, meeting spaces and coffee points; ensure supplies/info.
• Capture feedback, report deviations and suggest improvements.
• Follow procedures for safety, confidentiality, visitor management, food handling and conduct.

What success looks like: Guests feel personally welcomed and confidently guided. Employees view the host as dependable and approachable.
