Growth Recruiter

You will own full-cycle recruiting for priority requisitions. You will develop high-volume sourcing strategies, source, screen, and close candidates, analyze recruitment data and market conditions, communicate hiring trends, and deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-volume sourcing strategies for priority hires
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Use data to optimize candidate ROI, conversion rates, and recruitment pace
• Analyze the talent market and align sourcing strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and specialty positions
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, including challenging closes and stakeholder management
