Growth Marketing Specialist

At Safewill, we're transforming estate planning and end-of-life services through beautifully simple, accessible technology. Backed by investors like King River Capital, Westpac's Reinventure Fund, Carthona Capital and Flying Fox Ventures, we're building a digital ecosystem that makes estate planning more affordable, more personalised, and more relevant for modern Australians.

Now we're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to get hands-on with our paid media channels and help build the acquisition engine that gets us there.

The Role

You'll get hands-on with Safewill's paid media channels. You'll work through real data, including the messy and imperfect kind, to keep campaigns grounded in what's actually driving results rather than what a platform dashboard says looks good. You'll set up the reporting that makes performance visible, and you'll be the person closest to the numbers when it's time to decide what to scale, fix or retire.

What You'll Work On

• Build and maintain a campaign calendar and channel plan across paid search, paid social and programmatic.

• Get hands-on in the tools; running, optimising and troubleshooting campaigns day-to-day.

• Work through attribution data, imperfect as it often is, to separate what's actually working from what just looks good on a dashboard.

• Set up dashboards and reporting that make performance visible and accountable.

• Support our media and creative agency partners in delivering against the plan, flagging early when something's off track.

• Partner with Product and Design on landing pages and CRO experiments.

• Work consultatively with our commercial team on partnership-related campaigns.

• Take on more ownership of the acquisition strategy as you build your track record.

About You

You're someone who'd rather be in the tools than above them. Someone who wants to build real, hands-on channel expertise and is looking for a clear runway to grow into bigger strategic ownership over time.

We're likely to be a fit if you:

• Have hands-on experience running campaigns across paid search, paid social or programmatic. (You don't need deep expertise in all three).

• Come from either a couple of years in a media or performance agency, ideally getting stuck into the work rather than just managing it from a distance, or a more analytical/technical background (think computer science, data or analytics) looking to move into growth marketing.

• Are comfortable working with messy, incomplete data and making sensible calls anyway.

• Solve problems from first principles. You're curious about how channels and the underlying economics actually connect, not just following a playbook.

Why Safewill?

Our Growth Culture

• Growth, product and design work together from the start. Campaigns and CRO experiments aren't run in a silo.

• Work stays with the people who shape it. You'll see your campaigns and tests through, not hand them off part-way.

• We create space to improve how we build. Regular retros on what's working (and what isn't) in the acquisition engine.

• We regularly step outside the roadmap to explore new ideas. New channels, new formats, tests nobody's asked for yet.

• We share what we learn, so wins (and misses) don't stay siloed in one channel or one campaign.

We live by our SAFE values:

• Speed: We move quickly with purpose

• All-in: We win as a team

• Find the Impact: We focus on what matters

• Elevate: We raise the bar, every day

TL;DR

Safewill is on a mission to make estate planning simple and accessible for every Australian, and this is a genuine way in: hands-on ownership of real channels, a manager who'll give you clear direction, and a real path to grow into bigger strategic ownership as you prove yourself. If you want to build deep, practical growth marketing skills rather than sit in a strategy deck, this is that role.
