Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)
Krea was founded in 2018 with the ambition to become the largest procurement platform for SME credit financing in Northern Europe. Since our inception, we have supported 30,000 small businesses in accessing approximately SEK 3.5 billion in financing. Krea is a founder-led company backed by Roosgruppen, ExM Invest, and a group of angel investors.
We are now seeking a driven Growth Marketing Manager to ensure that we continue to offer the best available service to our customers.
About the role
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of Krea's outbound and customer communication efforts, ensuring that businesses across Sweden and Finland receive the right message at the right time. You will, among other things, drive direct letters, outbound email campaigns, newsletters, and automated email flows – always with the goal of creating meaningful touchpoints that support Krea’s growth.
Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be a key contributor to Krea’s overall growth journey. This role requires someone who is structured, can take full ownership from planning to execution, and who enjoys working analytically to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute the outbound and customer communication strategy to drive growth in Sweden and Finland.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels, including direct letters, outbound emails, newsletters, and automated flows.
Ensure businesses receive the right message at the right time through structured, targeted communication.
Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on insights.
Negotiate and manage agreements with agencies and marketing distributors.
Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to align messaging with overall business goals.
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging opportunities in outbound and customer marketing.
The Environment at Krea
In order to thrive at Krea you should want to be part of building the company. We expect you to take full ownership of your areas of responsibility, but you will also be supported by colleagues that have a lot of experience from the industry. In this role you will work closely with all teams, i.e. Tech, Commercial and Operations to ensure that you have a holistic understanding of what is important for our customers and lender partners.
We want you to be extremely candid and always speak up, without compromise. At Krea we believe that the group is far smarter than any individual, independent of age, race, gender or seniority. To ensure that the best ideas and solutions win, we oblige all team members to speak their mind and share opinions without compromise whenever they don’t agree. This is our strongest common value for people at the company.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Master's degree is a plus) preferably in one of the following areas: Marketing and/or Business.
Beneficial Experience: Experience in B2B marketing, partnerships, or outbound marketing is a plus, but not required - we value drive and willingness to learn highly.
Interest: Interest in finance and fintech
Analytical mindset: You are comfortable with data and base your decisions on analysis.
Humble but clear visioned personality: You seek input and information to understand but you build your own opinions and are not afraid to get them questioned.
Oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
