Turn Data into Demand and Campaigns into Revenue
Why This Role Matters
Filtrous is growing fast, but growth doesn’t sustain itself—it requires a marketing engine that generates qualified leads, converts them into revenue, and scales efficiently. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll audit every channel, build a content and campaign strategy grounded in ROI, and own the metrics that prove marketing is a revenue driver, not a cost center. From SEO and SEM to lead nurturing and conversion optimization, you’ll be the person who turns marketing spend into measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
• Audit and Optimize Every Channel: Conduct a comprehensive audit of all marketing channels within your first 7 days. Identify what’s working, what’s wasting budget, and where the biggest growth opportunities live.
• Generate Qualified Leads at Scale: Build and execute strategies that generate 30+ qualified Marketing Leads (MQLs) per month through targeted campaigns, content, and demand generation.
• Build a Content Engine: Create a 90-day content calendar within your first 2 weeks, paired with a clear ROI report tracking CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
• Convert Every Lead: Ensure 100% of inbound leads are converted into booked appointments through effective email sequences, follow-ups, and nurturing workflows.
• Drive Traffic Growth: Execute SEO and SEM strategies that drive measurable increases in site traffic, expanding Filtrous’s digital footprint and brand visibility.
• Optimize for Revenue: Increase Median Order Value (AOV) by 10% within the first 30 days through conversion rate optimization at checkout and across the customer journey.
Problems You Will Solve
• Marketing seen as a cost, not a driver: Leadership cannot yet show which channels make money and which waste budget, so marketing is treated as an expense rather than a proven source of revenue.
• Too few qualified leads: The company is not bringing in enough genuinely interested potential buyers each month to keep sales busy, which limits how fast revenue can grow.
• Interested buyers slip away: Many people who reach out are not followed up with consistently, so interest the company already earned leaks out before it turns into a booked sales conversation.
• Too few people find Filtrous online: The company’s search presence and online visibility are not strong enough to pull a steady, growing stream of new visitors to the website.
• No repeatable marketing playbook: Marketing runs on one-off efforts with no written, standardized steps, so good results depend on individual hustle and cannot be reliably repeated or scaled.
How Success is Measured
• Comprehensive marketing channel audit completed within 7 days
• 30+ qualified MQLs generated per month through targeted strategies
• 90-day content calendar with ROI tracking delivered within 2 weeks
• 100% of inbound leads converted into booked sales appointments
• Full marketing performance report delivered by day 30
• Standardized Marketing SOPs created and implemented for key processes
• 10% increase in Median Order Value within the first 30 days

You’ll work alongside Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive the entire funnel, and your results will be directly tied to company revenue. If you love audits, live for metrics, and treat ROI like your love language, this is where you belong.
