Botify’s leading agentic AI search technology and seasoned experts ensure every brand has the power to be found, both in traditional and AI search. With one powerful platform, brands achieve visibility, relevance, and greater control across Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and more.
Botify’s technology powers agentic workflows, AI-driven recommendations, and automated cross-platform indexation and deployment. Brands maximize visibility wherever consumers, bots, and AI agents search, protecting and capturing revenue across all search platforms.
Trusted by 500+ leading brands including Macy’s, Levi’s, Farfetch, the New York Times, and Marks & Spencer, Botify drives digital discovery, sustained profitability, productivity, and brand authority in an AI-first world.
Industry research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups generally don't apply to jobs unless they check all the boxes for the role. If you feel strongly that you have what it takes for this role but don't check 100% of the boxes - that's okay - we encourage you to apply anyway and highlight what you can bring to the table!
Search is being rebuilt around AI, and Botify is helping the world's biggest brands stay visible through the shift. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to turn that story into pipeline.
This is a builder role with three parts: you'll run our demand programs, build Botify's social presence into a real growth channel, and own the marketing engine underneath it all: our database, tech stack, tracking, and website. If you like owning outcomes end to end, from the campaign idea to the form that captures the lead to the dashboard that proves it worked, this role is for you.
LinkedIn: Help define LinkedIn’s organic strategy built for reach, and run it working closely with the content and product marketing team.
Influencers & Botifyers: Work closely with Botify’s Content Lead to build programs that turn industry voices and our own employees into amplifiers, including creator partnerships, employee advocacy, and executive visibility.
New channels from scratch: Launch and grow Botify on Instagram, X, and YouTube, from positioning and content pillars to publishing and measurement.
Work with the Content Lead to repurpose our webinars, research, and customer stories into social-first formats (short video, carousels, threads).
Connect social to business results: audience growth, engagement, traffic, and influenced pipeline.
Plan, launch, and optimize integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and social that turn enterprise prospects into pipeline.
Build nurture and lifecycle programs that move accounts from first touch to opportunity and improve deal velocity.
Run a steady cadence of experiments (offers, messaging, landing pages, audiences) and document what you learn.
Partner with the LinkedIn ads agency and sales on ABM programs targeting our priority accounts.
Tech stack: Own our marketing stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, Chili Piper, GA4 and related tools).
Database: Work closely with the RevOps team to keep our database clean, enriched, and segmented, with clear rules for lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing.
Build & ship: Build and launch the assets campaigns run on: forms, emails, landing pages, workflows, and automations.
Tracking & attribution: Own site tracking, UTM standards, and attribution so every channel's contribution to pipeline is measurable and trusted.
Website: Own as a conversion engine. Manage pages in Webflow, improve conversion paths, and work with our freelance developer and in-house SEO experts on performance and search visibility.
First 90 days: You've audited our stack, database, and tracking; launched a new LinkedIn strategy; and shipped a launch plan for Instagram, X, and YouTube.
First year: Our database and attribution are reliable enough to make budget decisions with. Social is a growing, measurable source of reach and pipeline. The website converts better than it does today.
KPIs you'll own include MQL and pipeline contribution, conversion rates across the funnel, database health and engagement, social audience growth and engagement, and website conversion.
4+ years in growth, demand gen, lifecycle, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B / Enterprise SaaS.
A track record of growing a B2B brand on social, organic and paid, and a clear point of view on what works on each platform.
Experience running multi-channel campaigns that drive MQLs and pipeline, including ABM in partnership with sales.
Bias towards action. We’re looking for someone proactive, not afraid to suggest ideas before being asked.
Working knowledge of web analytics and tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs) and comfort managing a CMS like Webflow.
Fluency with AI tools, which you use to move faster on content, analysis, automation, and prototyping.
Strong analytical skills and clear writing. You can explain results to executives, and you can talk to engineers and SEO practitioners in their own language.
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a lot of freedom.
Nice to have: short-form video or YouTube experience; creator or employee-advocacy programs; basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript; SEO or AI search knowledge; experience marketing to technical audiences in both the US and Europe.
Real ownership: You'll be the owner of entire channels and systems, not a contributor to someone else's plan.
A small, senior team: You'll work directly with the head of digital marketing, alongside a Content Lead, freelancers, and agencies.
Exposure: You'll work closely with sales, product, and leadership across the US and Europe, and your work will be visible and have real impact.
A front-row seat to AI search: You'll learn SEO and GEO from the experts who define the category, and apply it to our own brand.
