Senior Growth Marketer

HIKE2 is a business transformation partner, enabled by technology. We help organizations identify the right problems to solve, navigate complex change, and build the capabilities they need for what’s next.

With deep roots in complex and regulated industries, including legal, financial services, insurance, professional services, high-tech, and the public sector, we bring together business advisory, design, data, AI, technology, engineering, and change expertise as one integrated team. We help clients turn strategy and possibility into execution and measurable outcomes.

Great transformation starts with curiosity. We take the time to understand our clients, bring deep expertise and a strong point of view, and work alongside them to turn complex problems into practical action. There is no cookie-cutter approach at HIKE2. Our goal is to leave every client more capable, confident, and prepared for what’s next.

At HIKE2, Our Values Shape How We Work

• We Are One Team, All In. We collaborate across roles and disciplines, show up for one another, and share ownership for the work and the outcome.

• We Grow Together. We stay curious, seek feedback, share what we know, and invest in the growth of ourselves, our teammates, and our clients.

• We Commit to Success. We take ownership, follow through, set a high bar for quality, and stay focused on meaningful outcomes.

• We Envision What's Next. We look beyond the immediate ask, bring a point of view, challenge assumptions, and turn new possibilities into practical opportunities for transformation.

If you're curious, collaborative, energized by complex problems, and excited about helping organizations transform and build what's next, we'd love to meet you.

HIKE2 is looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to help us build the next generation of our marketing and growth engine. We are looking for a candidate located in Pittsburgh, PA Denver CO or Columbus, OH.

This is a strategic and highly hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn market opportunities, thought leadership, partnerships, and great ideas into integrated campaigns that create engagement, generate demand, and contribute to pipeline.

You will work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and our industry and solution leaders to develop campaigns that reach the right audiences with the right message at the right time. You will also help us embrace new ways of working, using AI, agents, automation, and personalization to dramatically increase the reach and effectiveness of a lean marketing team.

This is not a role for someone who only develops the strategy and hands it off. We are looking for a builder and executor who is comfortable moving from campaign strategy to content development to activation to analyzing results.

What You'll Do

Growth Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and execute integrated growth campaigns aligned to HIKE2’s strategic priorities, target industries, solutions, and accounts.

• Translate business priorities into clear audience segments, messages, offers, content, and campaign plans.

• Build campaigns across the full buyer journey, from awareness and thought leadership through demand generation and opportunity creation.

• Identify new opportunities to reach and engage priority buyers in creative and differentiated ways.

• Continuously test, learn, and improve based on performance.

Content Strategy & Activation

• Partner with HIKE2 thought leaders, industry SMEs, consultants, and executives to turn expertise into compelling market-facing content.

• Build content strategies that extend beyond individual events and create sustained engagement with priority audiences.

• Repurpose thought leadership across channels, formats, audiences, and stages of the buyer journey.

• Ensure content has a clear purpose, audience, call to action, and connection to broader growth objectives.

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

• Develop co-marketing programs with strategic technology and ecosystem partners.

• Turn partnerships into campaigns, content, client conversations, and pipeline opportunities.

• Work closely with our partnership leaders to identify joint audiences, solutions, stories, and market opportunities.

• Help HIKE2 increase its visibility and relevance across our strategic partner ecosystems.

Personalization & Account-Based Growth

• Develop more personalized approaches to reaching priority accounts, industries, and buyer personas.

• Partner with Sales to support targeted account and opportunity-based campaigns.

• Use data, insights, AI, and automation to deliver increasingly relevant experiences at scale.

• Help connect marketing activity to real client conversations and opportunities.

AI, Agents & Modern Marketing

• Actively use AI and marketing agents as part of day-to-day work, not simply as experimentation.

• Identify opportunities to automate research, content development, personalization, campaign execution, and optimization.

• Help define how HIKE2 builds an agent-enabled marketing function.

• Stay current on emerging marketing technologies and new ways of working, and quickly put the most valuable ideas into practice.

Pipeline & Performance

• Maintain a strong connection between marketing activity and business outcomes.

• Partner with Marketing Operations to use campaign, engagement, attribution, and pipeline data to understand what is working.

• Take accountability for campaign performance and continuously optimize programs based on results.

• Partner closely with Sales to improve the connection between marketing engagement, follow-up, opportunities, and pipeline.

Social & Digital Growth

• Elevate HIKE2’s presence across social and digital channels.

• Develop programs that amplify our people, thought leadership, client stories, partnerships, and points of view.

• Help executives and SMEs build stronger individual voices that contribute to the HIKE2 brand.

• Experiment with new channels and approaches as buyer behavior continues to evolve.

• You must live in the following locations to be considered for this role:

Pittsburgh PA, Denver CO or Columbus OH

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within consulting, professional services, enterprise technology, SaaS, or a similar environment.

  • Demonstrated experience building and executing growth and demand-generation campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, account-based marketing, content strategy, digital marketing, and pipeline generation.

  • Experience marketing complex services or solutions to executive and enterprise audiences.

  • Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience working closely with Sales and translating marketing engagement into commercial opportunities.

  • Comfortable working with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, AI, and emerging marketing technologies.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using generative AI and automation to improve marketing work.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to move multiple initiatives forward at once.

  • Comfortable operating in a growing company where priorities move quickly and everyone is expected to jump in and execute.

  What Success Looks Like

You are helping HIKE2 create a modern growth engine that:

  • Reaches the right buyers with more relevant and personalized experiences.

  • Turns our expertise and thought leadership into sustained market engagement.

  • Creates stronger connections between Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Delivery.

  • Generates measurable engagement, qualified opportunities, and pipeline.

  • Gets significantly more leverage from AI, agents, automation, and modern marketing technology.

  • Builds a differentiated market presence for HIKE2 across our priority industries and ecosystems.

The Kind of Person Who Will Thrive Here

You are both a strategist and a doer. You can see the big picture, but you are equally comfortable opening the tools and getting the work done.

You are curious about what is changing in marketing, AI, technology, and buyer behavior. You experiment, learn quickly, and bring new ideas forward.

Most importantly, you care about impact. You do not measure success by how much marketing gets produced. You care about whether the work reaches the right people, creates meaningful engagement, opens doors, and ultimately contributes to growth.

The salary range for this position is: $110-$140k+/annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. This range is exclusive of any bonuses or commissions. HIKE2 offers a wide range of benefits for full time employees which may include medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
