JWS – Growth, Content & Project Coordinator (Part-Time)

About Us

Journey With Serene (JWS) is a personal development, coaching, psychic and spiritual guidance brand focused on helping individuals gain clarity, self-awareness and transformation.

Our work spans coaching, readings, psychic and spiritual guidance, rituals, workshops, animal communication, educational experiences, community projects and creative initiatives.

Alongside JWS, we also operate The JWS Collective, a lifestyle and merchandise brand featuring intentionally curated products, workshop experiences and tools that support personal growth, self-care and aligned living.

We believe in continuous growth, meaningful work and creating positive impact through the work we do.

As our brands continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, organized and growth-oriented individual who can help bring ideas to life, keep projects moving forward and support the growth of both brands.

Who This Role Is For:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

-helping meaningful work come to life.

You may be :

-events and new initiatives across both brands.

No two weeks will look exactly the same, so adaptability, initiative and curiosity are important.

You do not need to have experience in coaching, personal development or spirituality.
