Leads Wrike’s Core product unit, defining strategy for work management features while managing five product teams and guiding AI-native evolution of the platform.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.

Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role:

You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead Wrike’s Core unit - the product area at the heart of how customers plan, structure, manage, and scale work in Wrike.

In this role, you will lead a unit of five product teams and manage a team of five Product Managers. You will define the vision and strategy for Core Wrike going forward, balancing three critical forces: increasing product power, preserving ease of use, and evolving the experience to be suitable for the AI-native future.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can combine strong product judgment, people leadership, customer empathy, and strategic prioritization. You will help shape the foundation of Wrike’s product experience while developing a team of PMs into stronger strategic product leaders.

Your Impact:

Set the Core strategy: Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for Wrike’s Core unit, ensuring the product remains powerful, scalable, easy to use, and ready for AI agents collaboration as well as for human.
Lead a multi-team product area: Manage five Product Managers across five teams, ensuring clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality across the unit.
Prioritize ferociously: Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, usability improvements, and long-term strategic bets — with a clear view of what matters most.
Enable AI-native R&D: Contribute to building the processes, tooling, and mindsets needed for the R&D organization to scale output and outcomes by 10x with AI-native ways of working.
Develop the PM team: Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers, helping them to achieve the next level.

Your Qualifications:

Product leadership experience: Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong core PM craft and customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery.
Enterprise SaaS experience: Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs, including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management.
Strategic prioritization: Ability to make hard trade-offs across incomparable investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction.
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management: Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership.
People management skills: Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers.
Excellent UX judgment: Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences.

Standout Qualities:

Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area
Practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows.
Visionary mindset and ability to redefine complex products vision
Strong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering leaders.

Our Work Style:

Core product impact: You will shape the foundational Wrike experience used by customers every day to manage work at scale.
Strategic complexity: The role requires balancing power, simplicity, customer demand, technical depth, and AI-readiness in one of Wrike’s most important product areas.
People leadership scope: You will directly develop a team of five PMs and influence the product culture of a larger R&D unit.
AI-native transformation: You will help define how Core Wrike evolves for a future where AI changes how teams create, structure, and manage work.
High visibility: Your decisions will influence Wrike’s product direction, customer value, and long-term competitiveness.

Benefits & Perks:

25 calendar days of paid vacation
Sick Leave Compensation (5 Paid Uncertified Sick Days)
