The primary mission of the Group Brand Manager is to own the long-term vision, P&L health, and strategic growth of the brand. This role defines "Where to Play" and "How to Win" by designing multi-year brand growth plans and ensuring brand superiority in the NEH countries (UK, DK, SE, NO, FI, IE).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Growth & Planning (The "True North")

Own the Brand Growth Plan (BGP): Design and deliver the 3-year strategic roadmap for the Hub, identifying category white-space opportunities and setting the long-term vision.

Define "Must-Win" Battles: Translate consumer trends and cross-market insights into commercial opportunities that define the brand's focus and resource allocation.

Portfolio Stewardship: Act as the guardian of the brand architecture, ensuring the Hub’s portfolio mirrors Global/Division structures while maximizing local relevance.
2. Brand Building & Innovation Definition

Brand Messaging & Campaign Hierarchy: Set the strategic direction for brand communication, ensuring alignment with the "Attention, Consideration, Purchase, Loyalty" (ACPL) framework.

Innovation Pipeline Definition: Responsible for defining the "What" of innovation and is Accountable for the Post-Launch Return on Investment (ROI) analysis. (Execution is handed off to the IEE team.)
3. P&L Ownership & Commercial Performance

Financial Guardianship: Own the brand’s P&L, driving top-line growth, market share and penetration through strategic pricing, margin management, and investment prioritization.

Budget Strategy: Define the strategic allocation of the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget to align with growth priorities and ensure resources are directed toward high-ROI activities.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to grasp broad commercial approaches and deeply understand global Brand Equity and Category strategies.

Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L dynamics, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the strategic lead, guiding teams like Innovation Execution Excellence (IEE), Omni Shopper, and Media to execute the vision.

Execution Feasibility Acumen: Proven ability to translate strategic vision into operationally viable plans, leveraging mastery of commercialization processes (SKU logic, launch critical path) to ensure zero-defect execution.
