The Alaska Club in Anchorage is hiring an on-site Graphic Designer to develop branded marketing collateral and communication solutions. Day-to-day work involves Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign), print production, web design support, photography/ad copy, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
The Alaska Club is seeking a Graphic Designer to join a fun and creative team. The successful candidate will be
- Responsible for developing innovative communication solutions and branded collateral
- Conceptualizing and implementing design solutions that meet brand standards and marketing strategies
- Specific knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite of products, printing processes and standards, Shutterstock, photography and ad copy
- Adhering to production deadlines
- Managing multiple projects of varying complexities, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, proofreading and attention to detail
- Please note, this is NOT a remote position.
Required experience:
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Experience or knowledge of web design preferred
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, flexible and motivated
Required education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in graphic design preferred
