About the Company

Our client is a premium men's grooming and lifestyle brand in the United States, offering an elevated experience designed for ambitious professionals who value exceptional service, personal presentation, and meaningful connections.

The company combines luxury grooming, hospitality, and a private business-club atmosphere, creating a distinctive environment where members can look their best, build relationships, and enjoy a high-end experience.

With a strong focus on premium branding, exceptional customer experience, and sophisticated design, the company continues to grow its presence in the U.S. while maintaining a distinctive identity within the men's lifestyle and hospitality market.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye and an understanding of luxury, premium, and lifestyle branding to join the marketing team.

This is more than a graphic production role. We are looking for a designer who can take a marketing objective or creative brief and transform it into a sophisticated visual concept that feels premium, polished, distinctive, and intentional.

The ideal candidate combines excellent graphic design execution with creative thinking, visual storytelling, and brand sensitivity. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and creative assets across digital and print channels, with a particular focus on reaching an upscale male audience.

Why This Opportunity?

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a U.S.-based marketing team and contribute directly to the visual identity of a premium lifestyle brand.

You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop visual concepts, and help shape campaigns rather than simply execute predefined designs.

If you enjoy luxury branding, men's lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, sophisticated visual design, and creative marketing, this could be an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Creative Design & Brand Development

• Develop high-quality creative assets that reflect a premium and luxury brand positioning.
• Design digital and print materials, including social media assets, email graphics, advertisements, promotional campaigns, flyers, signage, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
• Apply established brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to campaigns.
• Produce polished final assets with exceptional attention to typography, imagery, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms, formats, campaigns, and locations while maintaining brand consistency.

Creative Planning & Campaign Development

• Participate in the creative development of marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
• Translate marketing objectives, promotions, events, and business initiatives into compelling visual concepts.
• Develop mood boards, visual references, creative directions, and initial concepts when appropriate.
• Contribute ideas for campaign themes, visual storytelling, layouts, photography direction, and overall creative direction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the most effective visual approach for different audiences, campaigns, and channels.
• Stay current with trends in luxury branding, men's lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, grooming, advertising, and digital design.

Luxury & Men's Lifestyle Aesthetic

• Develop a sophisticated visual language appropriate for a premium male audience.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of masculine luxury, premium lifestyle branding, hospitality, grooming, fashion, and business culture.
• Create designs that communicate quality, confidence, exclusivity, and sophistication.
• Thoughtfully select imagery, typography, composition, color, and visual details to reinforce the brand's premium positioning.

Collaboration & Creative Execution

• Work closely with marketing leadership to understand campaign objectives, creative requirements, and deadlines.
• Receive and incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining the integrity and quality of the creative concept.
• Manage multiple creative projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and brand assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors or production partners when required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, premium, luxury, lifestyle, or highly polished commercial design work.

• Experience producing creative assets across digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional design quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or comparable professional design tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Must be based in Colombia.

• Experience with luxury or premium brand positioning.

• Understanding of digital marketing and paid media creative requirements.
• Experience developing visual concepts and creative direction from a marketing brief.
• Basic understanding of photography, art direction, and video content is a plus.
