Core Responsibilities
Conceptualization: Study design briefs and determine requirements to develop creative solutions.
Visual Design: Create logos, layouts, and illustrations using software or by hand.
Branding: Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across all platforms, including color palettes, typography, and imagery.
Layout & Composition: Design layouts for print and digital media, ensuring a balance between aesthetic appeal and functional communication.
Collaboration: Work with clients, marketing teams, or art directors to transform ideas into visual products.
Technical Preparation: Prepare final files for production, ensuring correct color modes (CMYK/RGB), resolutions, and file formats for large-format printing or digital use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or CorelDRAW.
Typography: A deep understanding of font pairing, kerning, and readability.
Visual Communication: Strong grasp of color theory, grid systems, and composition.
