Graduate software engineers build and maintain a cloud-based SaaS platform, working across front-end, back-end, APIs, and mobile with modern tools and cloud-native principles.
Elafent is building an innovative, leading edge cloud SaaS platform for organisations worldwide. Our team creates products that we are passionate about doing the right way and our customers simply love using. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing, dynamic team, where you will play a major role in shaping our future.
Elafent was founded on a culture of great work ethic, consistent growth and a desire to break the mould. We’re a values-driven organisation and hire based on ambition, merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed. We’re scaling quickly, so we’re recruiting teammates who share our core values, know how to get stuff done and would add a lot to our very driven culture.
It's exciting times and we are looking for passionate and dedicated software engineers to help us scale and support our growing platform. You’ll be joining the team powering everything happening behind and in front of the scenes.
We are looking for exceptional graduate software engineers that are passionate and excited about tackling complex engineering challenges while creating elegant, scalable, maintainable code to deliver a compelling user experience. We believe that being a kind person who elevates the rest of the team is just as valuable as writing great code.
You'll be architecting, designing and developing software with the right tools in a friendly switched on team. Depending on your skills you'll be working on the front–end, back–end, API, web and mobile parts of our platform. We use some of the latest development methodologies, architectures and platforms with a focus on quality and automation.
We value a strong work/home life balance. Our employees enjoy the benefit of working from home, spending less time and money travelling to and from an office every day and more time doing what you love, which apart from work, might include — getting fit, seeing your kids or simply avoiding the stress of missing that next bus or train.
If this sounds like a great fit, we're ready to hear from you.
The right candidate needs to be disciplined, creative, self–driven, a strong self-starter, well organised, have excellent communication/collaboration skills, be able to work in a high achieving team, have great academic results, a strong business acumen and have a real passion for technology.
Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, React.js, Redux, SQL & NoSQL databases, JSON, GeoJSON, HTML, CSS, CI/CD, Git, Linux, MacOS.
If you don't have all of the above skills, don't despair. We want to see a good mix of what you do have and especially an eagerness to learn!
Getting hired should be a great experience and we strive to make it just that with a clear and well managed process -
