Graduate Field Transformation & Automation Analyst
Location: Cork, Ireland (Ovens Campus)

Join us as a Graduate Field Transformation & Automation Analyst on our Field Transformation team in Cork, Ireland. In this role, you'll bring fresh thinking, analytical capability, and emerging technology to help transform how our global Field organization operates.
Working with stakeholders across Field Services, Partner organizations, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to transformation initiatives focused on simplifying work, improving processes, increasing efficiency, and creating more scalable ways of operating.
You'll have the opportunity to apply AI, agentic automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement techniques to real business challenges, while learning from experienced team members and gaining exposure to strategic priorities across a global organization.
What You'll Achieve
As a Graduate Field Transformation & Automation Analyst, you'll support strategic Field Transformation initiatives by analyzing how work gets done, identifying opportunities for improvement, and exploring how AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies can enable better outcomes.
You'll combine curiosity, analytical thinking, and experimentation to help develop solutions that improve operational performance and organizational effectiveness. You'll work across teams to understand business challenges, test new ideas, develop insights, and help measure the impact of change.
