An L2 data center engineer at Lintasarta owns GPU-cloud incident tickets end to end: diagnosing hardware faults onsite 24x7 across GPU compute, liquid cooling, network fabric and servers, then writing RCAs, managing CAB changes, and coordinating escalations to L3/OEM vendors.
Lintasarta is seeking an L2 Engineer to own incident tickets from escalation to hardware-level resolution in a large-scale GPU cloud. The role operates onsite 24x7 and requires hands-on fault diagnosis across GPU compute, liquid cooling, network fabric, and server infrastructure.
You will document root-cause analyses, manage changes through CAB, and coordinate formal escalations to L3/OEM with complete evidence. Strong RCA writing and vendor escalation experience are essential for success.
