Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outreach effectiveness.
Support CRM management, ensuring clean, structured, and scalable data systems.
Work closely with marketing and revenue teams to align GTM strategies with business objectives.

Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs) and basic scripting (JavaScript or Python is a plus).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in remote sales or tech environments is highly preferred.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
