The Talent Management Manager is a key member of the Global Talent Management team responsible for leading and executing enterprise talent practices that strengthen our leadership pipeline, build critical capabilities and enable a high-performance culture.
The role partners closely with Global and Regional Talent Leads, HR Business Partners and business leaders across talent identification, succession planning, performance management, leadership assessment and leadership development.
The Talent Management Manager will also lead the Talent Management deployment and continuous improvement of OneHR (Workday), partnering closely with the HR Systems team to translate talent processes and business requirements into effective, scalable technology solutions.
This role requires a strong combination of talent management expertise, project leadership, analytical capability and stakeholder management, with the ability to independently lead complex global workstreams from design through implementation.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Talent Management Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Performance Management: Lead the execution and continuous improvement of global performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end performance.
- Talent Identification & Reviews: Lead talent identification and talent review processes, partnering with HR and business leaders to identify key talent, assess potential and readiness, and drive development and mobility actions.
- Succession Planning: Drive succession planning for critical roles, strengthening succession coverage and bench strength and identifying actions to address talent gaps and risks.
- Leadership Development: Lead and support global leadership development, high-potential and leadership assessment initiatives, connecting development actions to future talent and business needs.
- Talent Analytics & Insights: Develop talent KPIs and insights across performance, succession, talent and development to identify trends, risks and opportunities and support leadership decision-making.
- Talent Tools, OneHR & AI: Lead Talent Management deployment and enhancement of OneHR, partnering with HR Systems on requirements, testing and adoption, while advancing the use of AI, automation and emerging technologies to simplify processes and strengthen the employee, manager and HR experience.
