• Field Safety & CCTV Requests: Action CCTV retrieval and access requests centrally while monitoring field team body cameras to ensure staff safety.

• Threat Communication: Utilize two-way audio talk-down capabilities to communicate directly with potential threats on-site when necessary.

• Crisis Management Support: Assist as an operational hub during critical incidents, natural disasters, or civil unrest to support business continuity.

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight, weekend, and holiday rotations in a 24/7/365 operational setup.

Core Competencies

• Situational Awareness: Maintains continuous focus across multiple display arrays to detect anomalies and identify security risks before escalation.

• Decisiveness & Emergency Response: Rapidly assesses live telemetry and video footage under high-pressure scenarios to execute appropriate response protocols.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Efficiently identifies hardware/software failures and oversees vendor maintenance to preserve total security coverage.
