Do you thrive on ensuring business-critical integrations run reliably while working closely with stakeholders, project teams and external partners? Then you could be the colleague we are looking for within our Global IT Operations team. The position we are hiring for is located in Breda, the Netherlands.
As Global SAP Integrations Consultant in the Global IT Operations team, you will take ownership of a global integration landscape that supports business-critical processes across Perfetti Van Melle. You will combine technical expertise with operational responsibility, ensuring integrations remain stable, secure and fit for purpose while supporting both ongoing operations and future business initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure the stability, availability and performance of enterprise integrations running on SAP CPI, SAP PO and related integration platforms. - Lead the investigation and resolution of incidents, service requests and recurring integration issues, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and external partners. - Act as the operational owner of assigned integration services, ensuring monitoring, documentation, governance and support processes are in place and continuously improved. - Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications, including platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), while ensuring secure and...
