Global Digital Marketing Manager (Global MNC In Medical Device Sector)

Title: Global Digital Marketing Manager (Global MNC In Medical Device Sector)

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading MedTech organisation to appoint a Global Digital Marketing Manager to shape and accelerate its digital presence across international markets.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded digital marketer to take ownership of the global digital ecosystem — from website and social media to content, SEO, email and demand generation — while helping establish new ways of working through AI-enabled marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and evolution of the organisation’s global digital marketing strategy and operating model, working closely with regional teams and stakeholders.
• Own the corporate website ecosystem, driving improvements across content, user experience, SEO, conversion and digital performance.
• Develop content-led initiatives across social media, email, SEO, web and digital campaigns to build engagement, generate quality leads and support commercial objectives.
• Shape the global social media and content strategy, from editorial planning and storytelling to campaign and event activation.
• Translate complex medical, clinical and technical propositions into compelling digital content that resonates with healthcare and customer audiences.
• Drive audience engagement across corporate and patient-facing digital communities.
• Leverage AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve content creation, campaign effectiveness, targeting and marketing productivity.
• Establish scalable digital marketing practices, standards and best practices that can be adopted across regions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of digital marketing experience, with strong exposure to content, social media, websites, SEO and email marketing.
• Experience working across global or regional markets, ideally within MedTech, healthcare, B2B or another technically complex environment.
• A strong track record in content marketing and organic social, with the ability to connect digital activity to measurable outcomes such as engagement, traffic and lead generation.
• Experience in building, transforming or scaling digital marketing capabilities rather than simply managing established campaigns.
• Practical exposure to AI-powered marketing and content tools, with an interest in applying AI to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Understanding of marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics and attribution will be advantageous.
• The ability to move comfortably between strategy as well as hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand technical products, customer needs and audience segments
