The Opportunity :
Aerospike is looking for a Global Digital and Performance Marketing Manager to own and execute paid search and paid social programs in-house across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ (including India and ASEAN).
This is a hands-on, execution-first role responsible for building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid platforms to generate qualified pipeline from Aerospike's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
You will transition paid media execution from an external agency model to in-house ownership, enabling faster campaign optimization, deeper product alignment, and stronger pipeline outcomes. Working closely with product marketing, design, and demand generation, you will own campaign execution end-to-end, from audience targeting and ad copy to budget management, performance analysis, and pipeline results.
Candidates should embody the Aerospike OUR Mindset: Ownership, Urgency, and Results, taking accountability for campaign outcomes, acting quickly to optimize performance, and prioritizing qualified pipeline over impressions and clicks.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Search (Google Ads & YouTube)
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and YouTube, including keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Develop campaigns aligned with Aerospike's two selling motions: Product Selector (database replacement) and Strategic Transformation (operational AI and real-time decisioning).
- Execute campaigns across Core DB positioning, competitor takeout, ABM use cases (fraud detection, recommendations, risk management), and evolving product marketing priorities.
- Continuously optimize ad copy, CTAs, quality scores, negative keywords, and conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, and marketing automation.
- Manage regional campaigns across Americas, EMEA, and APJ, adjusting keyword strategies, bids, and budgets based on pipeline contribution and cost efficiency.
Paid Social (LinkedIn & Other Platforms)
- Build and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, and Text Ads.
- Develop targeted audiences based on ICP industries, job functions, company size, CRM data, and ABM account lists using Salesforce and tools such as Reo.dev.
- Create and A/B test ad copy and messaging across audience segments, industry verticals, buying roles, and selling motions.
- Manage LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, Salesforce lead attribution and routing, and retargeting campaigns for website visitors, content downloaders, and event attendees.
- Execute regional campaigns across Americas, EMEA, and APJ, collaborating with field marketing and BDR teams on local events and account-based campaigns.
- Evaluate additional paid platforms based on ICP alignment and cost efficiency.
Campaign Measurement & Optimization
- Track and report campaign performance across leads, ICP match rate, CPL, CPQL, meetings scheduled/completed, opportunities created, and pipeline ACV.
- Monitor cost-per-outcome metrics, including registrations, attendees, meetings, and opportunities, while measuring pipeline efficiency against 20:1 pipeline and 4:1 closed-won goals.
- Analyze campaign and regional performance to optimize weekly budget allocation toward ICP-qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline generation.
- Continuously A/B test creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages, documenting insights and optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Marketing to align campaign messaging with Aerospike's positioning and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Design and Brand & Communications teams to develop campaign creatives, landing pages, and assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate Salesforce attribution, lead routing, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
