About the role

Expereo is looking for a proactive, results-driven Demand Generation Manager, to turn marketing strategy into integrated campaigns that create demand and qualified pipeline, engage the right audiences and deliver measurable commercial impact.. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership: from campaign concept and audience strategy, through activation across paid, digital, ABM and other channels, to measuring pipeline impact, proving what works and using AI and automation to scale it.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Brand and external agency partners to build campaigns that are relevant, targeted and connected to the customer journey. You'll be digitally native, an expert HubSpot user and comfortable working across all channels, using data and insight to continually optimise activity, managing agency partners to ensure they are delivering against expectations while being equally happy to roll your sleeves up and get the work done yourself.

A strong understanding of ABM and enterprise account marketing will be important, as many of our campaigns will target complex, considered-purchase audiences. You’ll also bring a growth mindset – constantly looking for opportunities to test new technology, new channels, audiences, messaging and approaches, and using performance insight to improve conversion, pipeline and return on investment.

You’re a modern marketer who uses AI naturally as part of how you work – from planning and research to campaign development, content and optimisation – while maintaining strong marketing judgement and creativity. Above all, we’re looking for someone commercially minded, curious and energetic, who enjoys getting campaigns live, working closely with the business and turning marketing activity into measurable growth.

Integrated Campaigns

• Develop and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to business priorities, target markets and commercial objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear campaign propositions, audiences, messaging, channel plans and activation.
• Coordinate activity across digital, paid, content, social, events, ABM and other relevant channels.

Growth, Performance & Optimisation:

• Drive measurable growth through continuous optimisation of campaigns, channels and audience engagement.

• Test new approaches, channels and formats, scale what works, and build a culture of experimentation across campaign activity.
• Produce regular performance reporting with results, insights and recommended actions.

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools across the campaign lifecycle, including research, audience and account insight, content and asset creation, personalisation at scale and performance analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities for AI and automation to increase campaign output, speed and efficiency.

• Demonstrable, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work, with examples of how it has improved speed, scale or results
• Proven understanding of demand generation, paid media, digital marketing and/or ABM.
