Global Account Executive

Come join us as our new Global Account Executive!

You’ve worked in B2B sales for a few years and know what the job is about. Now you’re looking for a role where you get more freedom, more responsibility and the chance to find your own way of getting results. A big part of this role is simple: create activity. Find the next opportunity, start the conversation and keep things moving. But the biggest part of it? Enjoy it all!

This is Mevisio

The Mevisio Platform helps leaders and teams work smarter through visualization, better communication and more efficient ways of working.

Many of our customers work according to Lean principles and use daily huddles to manage their operations. With Mevisio, the traditional whiteboard is replaced by an interactive digital platform where teams can visualize KPIs, activities and their daily work.

The platform is highly customizable, which means our customers can adapt it to their own processes and integrate it with other systems. Our customers are found across several countries, with a focus on manufacturing.

Why Mevisio

We’re a small SaaS company with large international customers and plenty left to build.

Working in a small team means you’ll have a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility. There won’t always be a finished playbook or someone telling you what to do next. We want you to bring your own ideas, try things and help us figure out what works.

We also care a lot about the kind of company we build. Our values – People Matter, Aim High, Better Together and Customer First – are important in how we work with customers and with each other.

What will you do?

You’ll work with large international customers, with a strong focus on growing our existing global accounts.

Our customers can have many sites, teams and decision-makers around the world. Your job is to understand those organizations, build relationships and find where Mevisio could create value next. You’ll also work with new business. We expect you to create your own activity – prospect, reach out, ask for introductions, use your network and LinkedIn, and find new ways into the companies we want to work with. You’ll own your opportunities from the first conversation through to the deal.

What does a day look like?

We always start the day with freshly brewed coffee and some chat about yesterday's activities! After that, you might follow up on an opportunity in Europe and then map out new contacts within one of our global customers. Later, you could run a discovery meeting or demo, work on a proposal, quote or prospect for new business or speak to an existing customer about their next site. Some days will be more focused on building pipeline, others on moving existing deals forward.

The important thing is that you don’t wait for your calendar to fill itself. You decide where to focus, create activity and keep things moving! You got ideas of solutions yourself, and whenever help is needed - you bring the right people onboard, where you help out together!

What we think you will bring to us

We’re not looking for the longest CV, but you need enough experience to be comfortable taking ownership of your sales work. Most of all, it's about ambition, curiosity and of course, to have fun while doing it!

We think you have:

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, including responsibility for your own sales processes.

• Experience with prospecting and creating your own opportunities, not only working with inbound leads.

• Experience building relationships with different stakeholders, preferably within larger organizations.

• A structured way of working and the persistence to keep several opportunities moving at once.

• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience from SaaS, international sales or manufacturing is a plus.

Who you are

You’re curious, structured and ambitious. You like getting things done and don’t need someone else to create your next task. You’re comfortable reaching out to people you don’t know, asking questions and trying another way when the first one doesn’t work.

At the same time, you’re genuine and care about the people around you. You want to do a great job, but you also want to do it in a good way – for the customer, your colleagues and the team. We’re a small team, so who you are matters most of all!
