Are you passionate about technology and helping people? We're looking for a German-Speaking Helpdesk Analyst to join our international team and provide first-level IT support to our clients. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and learning new technologies, this role could be a great fit for you. No advanced technical background is required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT-related issues
• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Help troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access-related problems
• Provide support in both German and English
• Document and track incidents in the ticketing system
• Escalate more complex issues to specialist teams when needed
• Keep users informed throughout the resolution process
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Professional working proficiency in German and English
• Upper secondary school leaving certificate (Fachhochschulreife / Abitur / Matura)
• Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment (24/7)
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn IT concepts
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365
