• Monitor compliance with internal and corporate reporting deadlines and support the resolution of operational accounting issues.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, including workload planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation.
• Monitor team workload, identify operational risks or resource constraints, and help drive continuous improvements.
• Support onboarding, training, and day-to-day operational guidance for team members.

What Profile Are We Looking For?

• Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience in Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or finance operations.
• Previous experience coordinating activities, priorities, workloads, or operational tasks within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger processes, month-end close activities, reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.

• Level of English: Advanced or Fluent (mandatory), with the ability to participate confidently in meetings and communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP will be considered a plus.

• Ability to manage deadlines, workload, and operational escalations effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
• Growth mindset, problem-solving approach, and continuous improvement orientation.
• Ability to coordinate daily team activities while maintaining a hands-on operational focus.
