General Counsel

General Counsel

Company Overview

Founded in 2017 as an OTC digital asset trading desk serving high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and institutional clients globally, ONE.io quickly recognised a broader challenge: clients in underserved sectors faced immense difficulty managing liquidity and moving fiat funds. To solve this, we expanded into comprehensive payment services, securing our FCA Payment Institution licence in 2020 and launching our proprietary platform in 2021.

Today, ONE.io provides a unified financial services solution for global clients across diverse verticals. Powered by an expansive banking network and robust regulatory framework, our platform helps businesses manage multi-currency cash positions and handle complex cross-border transactions through two core propositions:

• ONE.io Connect: Essential treasury and operational tools, including multi-currency business accounts, global payments, and spot FX.
• ONE.io Fusion: 24/7 digital-asset OTC and eOTC platform, custody, and a crypto payment gateway.

Through a single onboarding journey, clients access a central hub for their global operations. This includes named IBANs in multiple currencies, 24/7 liquidity and trading, and direct access to core payment rails such as SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, and CHAPS.

The ONE.io Group is very culture-driven and employees live by our values which include:

• Ingenuity: Constantly improving with creativity and confidence
• Integrity: Brave and tenacious in pursuit of equality
• Unity: A team empowered by shared beliefs and commitment
• Dedication: Intuitive to our customers needs and accountable for our actions
