General Summary:
Team SPARK is driving Generative AI transformation across CPSE, spanning embedded software, platform systems, product enablement, and engineering infrastructure. We are seeking a Staff Engineer to help implement AI-first engineering practices that improve developer productivity, software quality, delivery velocity, and engineering innovation.
This role works closely with SPARK leadership, GenAI platform teams, and engineering stakeholders to execute the roadmap. The Staff Engineer will take technical direction, own defined workstreams, build reusable AI-enabled workflows, and drive practical adoption of secure, measurable GenAI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.Required Qualifications

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$134,800.00 - $202,200.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
