• Establish and maintain a central library of approved transition artefacts, ensuring all teams have access to up-to-date templates, frameworks, and reference materials
• Identify and close methodology gaps based on learnings from live transitions, continuously refining tools and standards to reflect best practice

Continuous Improvement & Lessons Learned

• • Capture and synthesise lessons learned from completed transitions, translating insights into updates to methodology, toolkits, and guidance for future waves
• • Drive continuous improvement across the transition program by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and embedding learnings systematically

Education & Competencies (Technical and Behavioural):

• Proven track record of designing and implementing transition or programme management methodologies, frameworks, and toolkits applied across multiple workstreams or business units
• Experience working in or supporting a PMO function with responsibility for central reporting, governance frameworks, and cross-program tracking
