● Player Ecosystem Management: Manage initiatives across community engagement, player retention, VIP player management, customer support coordination and alliance ecosystem health.

● Community and Player Insights: Monitor community sentiment, player behaviour, alliance dynamics, and server conditions. Identify recurring concerns and translate player feedback into actionable recommendations for the publishing and development teams.

● Localization and Cultural Adaptation: Oversee and refine localization quality to ensure that storytelling, terminology, content, and UI/UX meet the expectations of Western and SEA audiences.

● Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (retention, engagement, LTV, ARPU, conversion, and churn rate) to identify growth opportunities and improve operational performance.

● Cross-Border Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the Singapore publishing team and the China-based R&D team, aligning product roadmaps, operational priorities, market requirements, and player feedback.

● Creator Activation Support: Support influencer, content creator and co-streamer activations including creator communication, game access, payment coordination, content deliverables and online or offline event logistics.

● Creator Programme Operations: Manage the onboarding of creators and external partners into the official creator programme, including application tracking, access permissions, programme communications, documentation, and ongoing operational support.

Requirements
● Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with our China-based R&D team on technical requirements, game design concepts, operational plans, and player feedback.

● Experience: At least five years of experience in mobile game operations or relevant similar transferable experience.

● Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, or BI platforms) and a deep understanding of game mathematical models.

● Strong understanding of live-service game operations, monetization, player retention, and in-game economy management.
