Funnel Strategist & Copywriter - $4-5K USD/mo - Content Marketing SaaS Agency

✍️ Join a High-Growth Team!

If you've got a shelf of copywriting books and at least one of them felt like it finally explained how your brain works, keep reading.

We're looking for a copywriter with a serious command of the English language. Someone who knows you can't create desire, you can only channel it, and who can find the exact words to do that. Someone Eugene Schwartz would be proud of (IYKYK).

You may be earlier in your career. That's fine. We care more about talent and trajectory than years on a résumé.

You may have written good copy before, but you want more than good.

You want to see your words move real numbers.

If you've been looking for an opportunity to:

• Own the strategy behind a funnel and write every step of it

• Learn from leaders who have spent decades in digital marketing

• See how your work performs within weeks

• Have location and schedule autonomy

This page could literally change the course of your career. But only if you keep reading.

🌟 About AmpiFire:

AmpiFire gets businesses found by people searching for what they sell: on Google, YouTube, social media, podcast apps and AI tools like ChatGPT.

For each customer, we turn one topic into articles, videos, podcasts, social posts and infographics, then publish them across 300+ platforms, including X, YouTube, Google News and Apple Podcasts. Software does the volume; people check the quality.

12,000+ businesses have used AmpiFire, from small businesses to large brands.

We're a remote team of about 70, self-funded and profitable. No investor can push us to grow at any cost, so we put impact first. Big corporations take most of the attention online, and we'd rather help the underdog win some back.

The timing is on our side. Businesses now want content on every channel, made faster with AI, and they want AI tools to recommend them. AmpiFire is the best way to drive traffic from everywhere, AI recommendations included.

We're still small, with huge room to grow. One winning funnel or campaign could add millions in revenue, and you'd be the one building it. We plan to grow fast, on our own terms, and your role grows with us.

🚀 What You'll Do:

• Get to know our ICPs, competitor messaging and everything else you love to research until you can write in our buyers' own words

• Plan and write full funnels for AmpiFire's products and offers, from landing pages, offers, sales assets, to things like follow-up emails

• Write landing pages, email sequences, ads and case studies

• Collaborate with the team to look at the numbers, find where readers drop off, and fix it

• Bring ideas to the table, even half-formed ones

• Work alongside our paid media, creative, sales, and customer success teams

🛠️ What the Work Looks Like

• Real funnels, real traffic. Your copy goes in front of business owners, marketers, and decision-makers at companies of every size, from small businesses to enterprises.

• You plan it and you write it. You'll help decide what gets built and why, then write it yourself.

• Quick feedback. You'll see the numbers on your work, and we'll go through them together.

• Direct mentorship. You'll work closely with Chris (CEO), and other leadership team members who have decades in digital marketing experience.

🧩 You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Exceptional written English. Your copy is clear, persuasive, and reads like a person talking. You know the difference between writing that sounds smart and writing that sells.

• 1-3+ years writing conversion copy (agency, in-house, and freelance all count)

• A portfolio of real work, ideally with results attached

• A feel for funnels. You think about how aware the reader is at each step and what they need to believe before they'll take the next one.

• Range. You can write for a solo business owner in the morning and an enterprise marketing team in the afternoon.

• Studied the craft. You've read books like Breakthrough Advertising, Ogilvy on Advertising, Cashvertising, or The Adweek Copywriting Handbook, or taken serious copywriting courses, and you can tell us what stuck.

• Research habits. You'd rather analyze 50 customer reviews than guess.

• Persuasion out loud, too. You can make the case for an idea on a call and take pushback without getting defensive.

• No ego. You share ideas freely, take feedback well, and want to keep learning.

• Quick thinking. Shifting priorities and fast turnarounds don't rattle you.

• C2 English proficiency (written and verbal)

• A love of writing, and the itch to see it pay off

💰 Why Join AmpiFire:

• $4,000 to $5,000 USD monthly, based on experience and what you show us during the process

• Real responsibility from day one, and more as you prove yourself

• Bootstrapped since day 1, with no outside funding or investor pressure (this means we've built something you can 100% believe in)

• ~70 employees: big enough for momentum, small enough for impact

• Help businesses of every size grow profitably through organic traffic and sales (solving a BIG problem in the marketing space; IYKYK, and you'll earn major bonus points if you can clearly articulate why that's important to us)

📋 Our Hiring Process: What to Expect?

We've designed our hiring process to be thorough yet efficient, giving both you and our team the chance to decide if we're the right fit for each other.

Total time commitment is typically under 6 hours, and decisions are typically made within a few weeks of your application.

The steps between the copy task and the final interview flex with the number of applicants. We'll tell you what comes next at each stage.

1. Application: A few short questions and a quick writing exercise, plus your portfolio

2. Copy task: Two paragraphs of copy to a short brief. This tells us the most, so it's the main test.

3. Screening: A short video submission or a 30-minute call, depending on the number of applicants

4. Test assignment: A real-world funnel and copy brief. Show us how you get from research to final draft.

5. Final interview: With Chris (CEO) to learn about the vision and culture of the company

6. Job offer sent to the candidate to join the team
