Build and maintain core healthcare systems in Java/Kotlin, deploying modern CI/CD pipelines and AI tools to support Scandinavian social care.
- Core system development – work on the heart of the system, not side projects.
- Dedicated tech time – every team gets reserved time and full autonomy on how to use it.
- Freedom with responsibility – the team decides on solutions, tech stack, and timelines. The only requirement is pragmatic quality.
- Cross-team tech projects – keep technologies up to date and introduce modern cross-platform solutions.
- No open space – we believe teams thrive in their own space. Every team gets a private room equipped with a sofa area and whiteboards.
- Meaningful work – helping people in need across healthcare and social care in Scandinavia.
- Experienced teams – most developers have 5+ years of experience and a culture of mutual support.
- Ergonomic workspace – electric sit-stand desks and fully adjustable chairs.
- Relaxed atmosphere – teasing the boss is totally fine here. Game room with PS5, foosball, and free craft beer.
- Modern tools & stack – hands-on experience with GitOps, Continuous Deployment, Kotlin, and Spock.
- Strong AI focus – heavy usage of AI tools and active investment in new AI capabilities.
