At Zallpy, technology is created by curious, collaborative people who care about doing things well. If you enjoy environments where there is room to ask questions, test ideas, learn, and grow together, this opportunity is for you! 💚

We are looking for someone to join a team that thinks big, works with attention to detail, values partnership in everyday work, and shares responsibility. We believe in autonomy, the exchange of different experiences, and building solutions together.

• Utilize AI-powered development tools, including Kiro, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms;
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code;
• Apply object-oriented design, Clean Code practices, and SOLID principles;
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies;
• Ensure code quality through Test-Driven Development (TDD);
• Validate AI-generated code through comprehensive testing to ensure functional correctness, security, performance, and maintainability before production deployment.

What we are looking for:

• Professional experience in software development;
• Advanced English;
• Experience building full-stack web applications;
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS, Python, React, and/or Stencil;
• Excellent understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions, preferably on AWS;
• Experience using AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery.
• Strong understanding of software quality practices, including automated testing and code reviews.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Strong understanding of defensive programming practices and 12-Factor App principles for microservices.
