We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with our founders and development team to expand our AI-powered interviewing platform and future developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React (Vite, TailwindCSS).
• Optimize and develop APIs for integrating AI services, third-party applications, and internal micro-services.
• Integrate with platforms such as Salesforce, Google Cloud, Firebase, and Render.
• Work with design and AI teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing user experiences.
• Implement new product features, including multimodal interviews (text, voice, and video).
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the entire stack.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and product roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in full-stack development.
• Experience with IDEs and AI coding tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Codex.
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI & Gemini).
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
• Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Vite, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Firebase Firestore, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhook integrations.
• Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud and/or Render.
• Intermediate to advanced English (written & spoken).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience integrating with Salesforce, Greenhouse, or other ATS/CRM systems.
• Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment.
