Bespoke, a startup building an AI-native operating system for investment management, seeks a Full Stack Product Engineer in New York to own features end-to-end alongside founders. Compensation: $50k – $75k • 0.0% – 1.0%
Bespoke is building the operating system for modern investment management.
We believe financial services is entering its largest structural disruption in decades. The workflows that define advisory firms today—from investment research and client servicing to operations and compliance—will increasingly become system-led.
Bespoke enables this transformation through an AI-native platform that combines institutional-grade financial intelligence, enterprise integrations, and specialized autonomous agents into a single operating system for advisors, family offices, banks, and asset managers.
We're a fast-growing team building software that customers rely on every day, and we're looking for engineers who want to build products—not just features.
We're hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer to work directly with our founders, product team, and customers to build the next generation of AI-powered wealth management software.
This is a product-first engineering role.
You'll own features from idea to production, spending as much time thinking about user experience as you do writing code. You'll help shape the product alongside designers and founders, contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and build software that is intuitive, fast, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
We move quickly, ship often, and expect everyone to contribute beyond their job description. If you're looking for a place where you can have real influence over both the product and the business, you'll fit right in.
Design, build, and ship full-stack features across our web application, APIs, and AI workflows.
Build interfaces that are fast, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed. We believe exceptional UX is a competitive advantage, especially in enterprise software.
Partner closely with founders and product to refine ideas, improve workflows, and turn customer feedback into great software.
Use AI every day. From prototyping and debugging to writing code, testing, documentation, and automation, modern AI tools should be part of how you work—not something you experiment with occasionally.
Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and help us continuously improve how we build software.
You enjoy solving customer problems as much as technical ones. You naturally think about usability, workflows, and how people actually use software.
You're comfortable proposing better solutions and explaining your thinking. We value engineers who contribute ideas, not just implementations.
You actively use modern AI development tools as part of your daily workflow. You're constantly looking for ways AI can help you move faster, build better software, and solve more ambitious problems.
You enjoy moving quickly, taking ownership, and figuring things out. Startups aren't for everyone—but if you like building, learning, and shipping, you'll enjoy working here.
Details matter. Whether it's a user interaction, an API, or a pull request, you take pride in delivering thoughtful, polished work.
Within your first year, you'll have:
We're building software for one of the world's largest industries at a moment of massive technological change.
You'll work directly with experienced founders, collaborate with a small, high-performing team, and have meaningful ownership from day one. Every feature you build will make its way into the hands of real customers, and your work will directly shape how the product evolves.
If you enjoy building great software, care deeply about user experience, embrace AI as part of your craft, and want to grow alongside an ambitious company, we'd love to meet you.
