Lead full-stack engineer who designs, builds, and maintains cloud-native Java microservices and REST APIs with containerized deployments, CI/CD, and agile delivery in Mexico City. The contractor role also supports onboarding, KYC, and client-lifecycle technology capabilities for a client engagement.
The role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting modern cloud-native applications using microservices architecture, REST APIs, containerized deployments, and agile delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications.
- Build and support Java-based microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams.
- Deliver production-ready code following secure coding standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and engineering quality initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and operational processes.
