experience as a creative technologist, building interactive prototypes, or in
front-end development
Hands-on with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, and you've used
them to ship real tools and products, not just demos
You can take an ambiguous problem, define it, and break it down so it can be built
well and hold up as it's used
Enough technical understanding to build things that deploy and stay secure, and to
collaborate smartly with people who go deeper on backend and infrastructure
A portfolio of things you've made and shipped, not just designed
