The Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale applications across the Tradeify ecosystem. You'll own features end-to-end, work across frontend and backend systems, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering.

This is a hands-on role. We move fast, we ship, and we expect you to have strong opinions about how things should be built.

What You'll Do

Full-Stack Product Development

• Build responsive, high-performance web applications and trading interfaces
• Design and develop scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices
• Work with databases, caching layers, and event-driven architectures
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms, trading systems, and internal tools
• Implement real-time dashboards, analytics views, and trading interfaces
• Optimize for speed, reliability, and user experience across the stack

Engineering & Collaboration

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve observability
• Help shape engineering standards as the company scales

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack roles (frontend AND backend work in the same role)
• Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, or Vue (or equivalent modern framework)
• Strong backend experience with Python, Node.js, C#, or Go
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and WebSocket services
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or MongoDB
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and distributed systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for shipping products where performance and UX genuinely matter

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or financial systems
• Exposure to real-time systems or market data applications
• Experience with event streaming systems (Kafka, NATS, or Pulsar)
• Experience with TimescaleDB, ClickHouse, or high-volume data systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and engineering automation
